- Unused Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare, wellness products)
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification

Log into your Final Stock account, visit “My Orders,” select the item, and provide a reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Label
Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and clear packing instructions.
Step 3: Ship & Track Your Return
Drop off the packaged item at your nearest carrier location. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your return.
Refund Timeline & Methods
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refund Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order on our website. This ensures you receive the fastest possible service.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
International Returns
